Manufacturing Process

  • Raw Material Procurement

    We source premium raw materials — fly ash, graded aggregates (10mm & 20mm), sand, and cement — backed by years of experience in quality selection.

  • Material Loading

    JCBs and trucks transport aggregates and sand directly into the plant, feeding them into designated storage bins for batching.

  • Automated Conveyor Transport

    Weighed material moves via automated conveyor belts to the central mixing unit, ensuring consistency and zero material loss.

  • Precision Mixing

    Aggregates, cement, fly ash, and water are combined in the mixer unit to form a homogeneous, high-strength concrete mix.

  • TM Loading & Dispatch

    The finished concrete is loaded into rotating Transit Mixers and dispatched, ready for supply to the project site.

Our Lab — Where Quality Is Verified

Every batch of VajraCrete’s Ready Mix Concrete is tested at our on-site R&D and Quality Control lab before it reaches your site. Random samples are cast into concrete cubes, cured under controlled water-bath conditions, and subjected to compression testing at 7 and 28 days. This ensures every mix meets Indian Standard (IS Code) benchmarks for compressive strength — so quality isn’t assumed, it’s proven, batch after batch.
