With over 26 years of experience in material management, procurement, construction, operations, and commercial functions, Mr. Neeraj Kumar Jain has held senior leadership roles, including Vice President at Omaxe Group. Known for his strategic vision, he now leads VajraCrete toward excellence and growth.

Our Story: A Legacy of Concrete Strength and Trust

The Genesis (1986)

Our journey began four decades ago in 1986, rooted in a shared vision between Mr. Neeraj Jain and Mr. Pankaj Jain. In those initial days, we entered the industry by supplying premium raw materials and aggregates to established Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC) plants under the company name Shree Balaji RMC. While Mr. Pankaj Jain meticulously managed the complex supply chain and raw material operations on the ground,

Mr. Neeraj Jain provided the overarching strategic leadership. Together, their complementary strengths laid a rock-solid foundation for a lasting business empire.

Transition to Manufacturing (2005)

Having built decades of unshakeable market trust and deep industry expertise, we took a monumental leap forward in 2005. Transitioning from raw material suppliers to manufacturers, we established our very first commercial RMC plant sprawling across 3 acres in Khirki Dhaula (Near Manesar, Gurgaon), formally launching Shree Balaji RMC as our signature flagship brand.

The Kamdhenu RMC Era (2005 – 2011)

As we established our footprint as manufacturers, we entered into a strategic branding era to aggressively capture the rapidly growing market. From 2005 to 2011, we successfully operated under the prominent “Kamdhenu RMC” brand lineage across the Delhi-NCR region. This period allowed us to scale our market presence, expand our corporate network, and establish our reputation for delivering high-quality, reliable concrete mixes at a massive scale.

Strategic Capital Expansion (2011)

During this era, the Delhi-NCR real estate sector was experiencing an unprecedented boom. New builders were entering the market, creating a skyrocketing demand for reliable RMC suppliers. To successfully fulfill this market demand and expand our footprint, we established our second massive plant in Faridabad in 2011, covering an area of 2 acres.

Decades of Regional Growth (2015 – 2025)

As the region’s infrastructure landscape continued to evolve, our capacity grew seamlessly alongside it:

2015-16: We expanded our reach into East Delhi/U.P. border zones by commissioning a dedicated plant in the Pusta area of Sabhapur (near Seelampur).

2021-22: Recognizing the need for rapid transit supply near major commercial hubs, we launched our next plant at Samalkha (Gurgaon-Delhi Border).

2024: Further strengthening our corridor network, we set up an advanced facility at Sohna-Alipur (Gurgaon).

2025-26: To cater exclusively to landmark mega-infrastructure developments and highly recognizable premium corporate brands, we launched a massive 5-acre state-of-the-art facility in Sakatpur, Palra Village, Gurgaon.

The Next Generation & The Birth of VajraCrete (2026)

Over the years, our operations were greatly energized by the entry of the second generation: Mr. Mannu Jain (Son of Mr. Neeraj Jain) and Mr. Sparsh Jain (Son of Mr. Pankaj Jain). Bringing modern engineering perspectives and digital-age operational efficiency, they smoothly integrated into our core business ecosystem.

In 2026, carrying forward this rich 40-year legacy of quality, Mr. Mannu Jain and Mr. Sparsh Jain founded a brand new entity—VajraCrete. Created specifically to handle ultra-premium, high-spec infrastructure and highly technical commercial projects, VajraCrete operates under the active mentorship and strategic guidance of our visionary founders, Mr. Neeraj Jain and Mr. Pankaj Jain.

Today, we stand proud as an integrated concrete solutions provider, combining decades of old-school grit with next-generation automated technology.
